If you need to create a customized product exclusively for you, please upload the photo of your pet (or any pattern you wish to display) through the platform. It is recommended to provide multiple pictures so that we can select the most suitable image for hand-drawing processing.

2. You can choose from the provided templates or submit your specific design concepts and requirements through the designated contact information. We will carry out layout design and customized production based on your specifications. This service is free of charge.
3. To confirm and make modifications, please add our WhatsApp. We will send you the effect drawing. Two free modification opportunities are provided.
After the final design is approved, the production process will be initiated. Once production begins, no modifications or returns will be allowed.

Our artists will create based on the image quality, fur color and overall style to produce a unique design. As each piece is hand-painted, it is impossible to replicate the original picture exactly, but we will definitely faithfully reproduce the essential features and appearance of the pet.
