2. You can choose from the provided templates or submit your specific creative concept and requirements through the provided contact information. We will layout and customize according to your specifications. This service is free of charge.
3. The effect drawing is now sent to you for confirmation and modification. Two free modification opportunities are provided.
4. Once the final design is approved, the production process will begin. Once production starts, no further modifications or returns will be possible.

To ensure the durability of the product's appearance and its safety for use, it is recommended to clean it with clean water after each use. Please avoid using corrosive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the glaze. At the same time, do not rub the surface with sharp or hard objects to avoid scratches or damage to the coating.
Production Schedule Instructions:
After the order is confirmed to be successfully received, it will enter the production process. The entire cycle from design initiation to production completion is 15 working days. For special orders with complex customization requirements and high process standards, the production cycle will be extended by 4 working days accordingly. The specific delivery time will be subject to the notice at the time of order confirmation.
