To customize your exclusive personalized product, please upload a photograph of your pet (or any pattern you wish to display) via the platform. We recommend providing multiple images to ensure we select the most suitable one for hand-drawn processing.
1. Please provide the textual content you wish to incorporate, such as your pet's name or any other text.
2. You may choose from our available templates or submit your specific design concept and requirements through the provided contact information. We will undertake layout and customization according to your specifications, with no charges for this service.
3. We will send you an effect diagram for your confirmation and revision. Two free revision opportunities are provided.
4. Upon final design approval, we will initiate the production process. Please note that once production commences, no further modifications or returns will be permitted.

This product is handmade. First, we will draw a sketch of your pet based on the photo you provide, then make the main body of the urn. After that, we will assign a professional hand-painted artist to accurately draw the sculpture according to your pet's image and color it. The product is made of mountain rock mud and fired at a high temperature of up to 900 degrees Celsius to form a solid whole. After the hand-painting is completed, your pet sculpture has an extraordinary three-dimensional sense. The main body adopts a split design, and the overall shape is very cute.
We've matched each can with a nice and safe storage cloth bag to make the stuff inside more secure.

2. Kindly submit no fewer than four photos of your pet, captured from various angles. 2.
3：When you provide pictures of pets, you need to show the important parts of their bodies like the head, ears, face, back, abdomen, tail and some other details.
4：The can's body, ears, and mouth are pre-molded and cannot be customized based on provided images. Our artists will interpret the image quality, fur color, and overall style to create a unique design. Given that each piece is hand-painted, exact replication of the image is not possible. However, we will strive to faithfully capture the essence and appearance of your pet. We appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that due to variations in lighting and monitor display settings during the actual photography, there may be slight differences in color.
