How to Customize the Products You Require?
To customize your exclusive personalized product, please upload a photograph of your pet (or any pattern you wish to display) via the platform. We recommend providing multiple images to ensure we select the most suitable one for hand-drawn processing.
1. Please provide the textual content you wish to incorporate, such as your pet's name or any other text.
2. You may choose from our available templates or submit your specific design concept and requirements through the provided contact information. We will undertake layout and customization according to your specifications, with no charges for this service.
3. We will send you an effect diagram for your confirmation and revision. Two free revision opportunities are provided.
4. Upon final design approval, we will initiate the production process. Please note that once production commences, no further modifications or returns will be permitted.
Product introduction:
We got a designer from Taiwan to create and cut this awesome pair of pajamas. The loose fabric and stretchy waistband make it comfy for all body types. Plus, the vertical design gives these PJs a stylish look that stays wrinkle-free!
For the colors, we went with plant-based pigments that are safe for your skin—no allergies here! You can even print your pet’s picture on them if you want. After lots of tweaks, we chose 95% polyester and 5% spandex (that’s elastic fiber) as our materials. The fabric is breathable and super comfy, and thanks to our micro-spraying tech, it won’t irritate your skin at all.

The start time for order production:
From the successful placement of the order to the start of design and then to production, the entire process takes 15 days. In case of complex orders, the time cycle will be delayed by 4 days.
